Do I need previous experience to start?
No. There are 3 levels. The Beginner course starts from zero (what the markets are, candles, brokers). With experience, you can start at Advanced or Expert.
Do I have to buy all 3 levels?
No. Each course is independent. They are designed to complement each other, but you can buy only the one you want.
Which markets are covered?
Gold (XAUUSD) and Forex trading, plus investing in stocks, ETFs and crypto. Advanced focuses on technical trading; Expert goes deeper into all five markets with professional strategy and long-term investing.
Can I access from my phone?
Yes. They are optimized for iPhone, Android, tablet and PC, with dark mode to reduce eye strain.
Do the courses guarantee profits?
No. No course guarantees results; the markets carry a real risk of loss. This is education, not financial advice.
Are there hidden costs or subscriptions?
Not on the courses: each one is a one-time payment, with lifetime access and updates included. Separately there is the TradeX Club, an optional monthly membership for students who already own a course. It is voluntary, you subscribe when you want and you cancel in two clicks.
How do I cancel the Club membership?
From your classroom, under Settings, there is a «Cancel membership» button. You lose nothing at that moment: you stay a member until the end of the month you already paid for, and then it stops renewing. You can reactivate it before that date if you change your mind. And your courses are untouched: the levels you bought are yours forever.
