How to get the most out of the academy

Short guides for everything your account includes. If anything is unclear, write to us.

Starting your first course

From buying it to your first completed lesson.

  1. After payment you get a confirmation email and access is immediate: nobody has to activate it.
  2. Go to “My dashboard” and you will see your course under “My courses”, with the progress bar at 0%.
  3. Press “Continue” and you start at lesson 1. Each lesson ends with a short quiz.
  4. You do not have to finish in one sitting: the academy remembers where you were and takes you back there.

Using the AI Professor

Answers your questions instantly, using your own lessons as the source.

  1. You will find it under “AI Professor”. It answers based on the courses you own.
  2. If you ask about a level you do not have yet, it will tell you instead of making up an answer.
  3. Without membership you get 5 questions a day. With membership they are unlimited.
  4. Members can also attach an image or a chart and ask it to analyse it.
  5. It is education: it explains concepts and answers questions, but it does not give buy or sell signals.

Practising in the simulator

Trade with real prices without risking a cent.

  1. Open “Simulator”. Crypto and currency prices come from the market and update on their own.
  2. Pick the asset, the direction and the position size: you see the risk in euros before opening it.
  3. Always set a Stop Loss and a Take Profit. Practising without them prepares you for nothing.
  4. Review your closed trades afterwards: the value is in understanding why you exited, not in the result.

Locking it in with Review

Spaced repetition so you do not forget what you studied.

  1. Under “Review” you get cards from the lessons you have already seen.
  2. Answer honestly whether you knew it: that decides when it comes back.
  3. What you get wrong returns soon; what you master takes longer to reappear.
  4. Five minutes a day beats one hour of cramming on a Sunday.

Challenges and leaderboard

Weekly goals to keep you consistent.

  1. Under “Challenges” you get goals that refresh every week.
  2. They complete themselves as you study, practise or review.
  3. They exist mainly for one thing: so you do not quit in week three, which is when almost everyone does.

Getting your certificate

When you finish a course at 100%.

  1. Complete every lesson in the course and its quizzes.
  2. At 100% the certificate appears under “My courses” and “Progress”.
  3. It carries your name, the course and the date, and you can download it.
  4. It is an academy training certificate: it shows you did the course, it is not an official qualification.

Requesting your invoice

If you need to account for the purchase.

  1. When you buy, you automatically receive the receipt by email.
  2. If you need an invoice with your tax details, write to us with your name or company name, tax ID and address.
  3. We issue it with sequential numbering and send it to the same email used for the purchase.

What the membership includes

The add-on for students. Courses are separate.

  1. To become a member you need at least one course: it is an add-on for students, not a replacement for the courses.
  2. It includes unlimited AI Professor, image and chart analysis, the full simulator, the private community, exclusive challenges and the Club area.
  3. It does not include the courses. Those are a one-time payment with lifetime access.
  4. To cancel: go to your classroom, open «Settings» and find the «Membership» card. The «Cancel membership» button is there.
  5. Cancelling does not cut your access straight away: the current month is already paid, so you stay a member until that date and it stops renewing afterwards. You get an email with the exact day.
  6. If you change your mind before that date, «Reactivate» appears in the same place and nothing has happened.
  7. Your courses do not depend on the membership: the levels you bought stay yours forever, with your progress and your certificates.
